WASHINGTON (AA) – The U.S. will again designate North Korea a state sponsor of terrorism, President Donald Trump announced Monday.
Trump said the move “should have happened years ago “, slamming Pyongyang as a “murderous regime “.
The designation was previously lifted in 2008.
The Treasury Department will issue a new sanction against Pyongyang on Tuesday, Trump said.
