BERN (AA) – The global fight against the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO) has been ongoing, the Turkish envoy said on Friday before the second anniversary of the 2016 defeated coup.

"During the investigation process about FETO, we, again and again, understand what a devilish structure it is," the Turkish ambassador to Bern, Ilhan Saygili told Swiss reporters on Friday.

On July 15, 2016 failed coup in Turkey, orchestrated by FETO and its U.S.-based leader Fetullah Gulen, left 251 people martyred and nearly 2,200 injured.

After the coup, FETO has been losing its education institutions in over 30 countries more than 100 schools or institutions which they were providing financial supports to the organization, he said.

He also slammed Switzerland for allowing ads of the YPG/PKK terror group on public transportation in the city of Geneva.

"There cannot be a separation of terrorists as good or bad," he added.
