ANKARA (AA) – Sudanese Foreign Ministry recalled on Thursday the country's ambassador in Cairo, according to Khartoum's official news agency (SUNA).
“Sudanese Foreign Ministry decided to recall ambassador to Egypt Abdel-Mahmoud Abdel-Halim for consultations, ” SUNA quoted ministry's spokesman Qaribullah al-Khadr as saying.
The news agency gave no further details on the reasons behind the sudden move.
