BERLIN (AA) – German team's coach Joachim Low will stay on at his post despite his team's failure in the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
German Football Association (DFB) said on Tuesday that Low will continue to manage Germany.
The 2014 FIFA World Cup champions Germany upset their fans when they were eliminated from Russia 2018 in the group stage.
Germany faced Sweden, Mexico and South Korea in Group F where they came last.
Managing Germany since 2006, Low won the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil and his contract was extended to 2022 before the Russia 2018 tournament.
