ANKARA (AA) – Turkish Super Lig title contenders Trabzonspor moved to Turkish Cup semifinals after defeating lower division club Buyuksehir Belediye Erzurumspor 4-1 in away match on Thursday.
Trabzonspor's goals were scored by Guilherme (2), Safa Kinali and Abdulkadir Parmak while Hasan Ayaroglu found the net for the home team in Erzurum, eastern Turkey.
The Black Sea club hammered Erzurumspor 5-0 at home in a first-leg match of the quarterfinals.
Trabzonspor will face Fenerbahce in the semifinals.
Fraport TAV Antalyaspor also moved to semi finals on the away goal rule after they drew 1-1 with Demir Grup Sivasspor.
The first-leg match between the two clubs ended goalless in Antalya.
Antalyaspor will take on Aytemiz Antalyaspor in the semifinals.
