EuroLeague: Fenerbahce one win from top eight

ISTANBUL (AA) – Fenerbahce Beko beat AX Armani Exchange Milan of Italy 73-64 to move into ninth place in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague standings.

The win for the Turkish team moves them one spot from the final eight place for the playoffs.

Luigi Datome was the top scorer for Fenerbahce with 14 points at the Round 21 game in Ulker Sports Arena in Istanbul.

AX Armani Exchange Milan's Kaleb Tarczewski was a high scorer with 19.

Fenerbahce Beko improves to 9-12 while the Italian team falls to 10-11 and is currently in the eight spot.

Playoffs teams will play a best-of-five series once the regular season is completed.

There will be 34 rounds in EuroLeague's regular season, ending April 10.

Playoffs winners will go through to the EuroLeague Final Four.
