ANKARA (AA) – Turkey won two gold and two silver medals in the World Weightlifting Championships in Pattaya, Thailand.
The championship was held from Sept.18-27.
In the women's category, Saziye Erdogan won gold in snatch and silver in clean and jerk.
She also won gold lifting 169 kilograms.
Daniyar Ismayilov won silver in the 67-kg category lifting 150 kg.
