*UPDATES WITH INJURED PEOPLE AND OTHER BLAST

ISTANBUL (AA) – A blast occurred in Istanbul’s Sultanbeyli district’s industrial zone on the city’s Asian side on Monday, security sources said.
According to security sources who spoke on condition of anonymity, four people were injured in the blast. They were transferred to Sultanbeyli State Hospital.
A cosmetic and perfumery-filling machine located in the industrial zone exploded, causing a fire. Firefighters have managed to contain it.
Separately, another rocked Istanbul’s Asian district of Maltepe when a package delivered by courier was opened by a company manager, Osaman Kurdas, 56, leaving him in critical condition, the security sources said.
Two other people were injured.
Police have launched investigations into the two blasts and have increased security at both sites.
