UPDATE – Death toll in building collapse in Russia rises to 26

UPDATES WITH DEATH TOLL</p> <p>By Elena Teslova</p> <p>MOSCOW (AA) – The death toll from a building collapse in Russia rose to 26, as bodies of 17 more people were pulled out from the rubble on Wednesday, the country's emergencies ministry said.</p> <p>Rescue services continue search activities as 15 people remain missing after a block of the 10-story building collapsed following a gas explosion in the city of Magnitogorsk on Monday.</p> <p>An 11-month-old baby was rescued from the rubble of the building on Tuesday.
