UPDATES WITH QUOTES FROM ISTANBUL GOVERNOR

ISTANBUL (AA) – A coast guard boat capsized in the Bosphorus off Istanbul city’s Fatih district on Wednesday, according to Istanbul governor.
Speaking to reporters, Governor Vasip Sahin said the boat crashed into a cargo carrier off Sarayburnu shores.
Sahin said a search-and-rescue operation was currently underway at sea.
“The rescue team saved three of the six personnel. The search is on for the remaining three staff,” he said.
