ISTANBUL (AA) – The death toll from a building collapse in Istanbul climbed to 11 after a body was recovered, Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said Thursday.
Soylu added 13 people were also injured.
A seven-story building in Kartal district collapsed Wednesday with 30 residents inside.
Rescue teams are responding to voices coming from the debris and continue rescue efforts.
