ANKARA (AA) – Turkey's benchmark stock index dropped 0.62% to close Monday at 1,550.61 points.
After starting the week at 1,566.39 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index lost 9.73 points from 1,560.34 points at the previous close.
One ounce of gold was sold for $1,795.95 by market close, up from $1,774.20 at the previous close, according to data from Borsa Istanbul's Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.
The price of Brent crude oil was around $63.70 per barrel as of 6.10 p.m. local time (1510GMT) on Friday.
