ANKARA (AA) – Turkish jets destroyed 15 Daesh targets on Friday in northern Syria as part of Operation Euphrates Shield.

Turkish General Staff said in a statement the targets in Al-Bab, Bzaghah and Kabr al Mukri regions included shelters, defensive positions, as well as command-and-control facilities.

Friday’s strikes mark the 115th day of the operation, which began in late August to improve security, support coalition forces and eliminate the terror threat along Turkey’s border using Free Syrian Army fighters backed by Turkish armor, artillery, and jets.
