ANKARA (AA) – Turkey's benchmark stock index ended the day down 0.45% to close at 110,574.68 points on Wednesday.
Starting the day at 110,563.36 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index slipped 499.02 points from 111,073.69 points at Tuesday's close.
An ounce of gold sold for $1,477.00 at the daily close in Borsa Istanbul's Precious Metals and Diamond Markets, versus $1,479.00 at the previous close.
The price of Brent oil was around $65.72 per barrel as of 6 p.m. local time (1500GMT) on Wednesday, ranging between $65.56 and $66.03.
