ANKARA (AA) – Turkey's benchmark stock index fell 2.46% to 115,793.59 points at close on Thursday.
After starting the day at 119,348.84 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index lost 2,918.92 points from Wednesday's close of 118,712.51 points.
During the day, the index hovered between 115,634.50 and 119,686.40 points.
The total market value of the BIST 100 was 841 billion Turkish liras ($122 billion) by market close, with a daily trading volume of 28.4 billion Turkish liras ($4.1 billion).
