VAN, Turkey (AA) – Turkish narcotic police impounded 141.7 kilograms (312.3 pounds) of heroin in an operation in the eastern province of Van on Tuesday.
Police sources told Anadolu Agency the illegal drug in 140 packages was found in a passenger bus.
Three suspects including the driver were arrested for drug trafficking.
