By Hamdi Celikbas </p> <p>ANKARA (AA) – Turkey on Thursday issued a new presidential decree making changes to the structures of various public institutions.</p> <p>Under the decree, just published in the Official Gazette, Turkey will establish a number of new directorates under government ministries.</p> <p>The new Directorate of Transportation Safety Inspection Center will be set up to investigate and research large accidents or incidents. </p> <p>Also, the Directorate General of Guard Services will fall administratively under the Directorate of Administrative Affairs, while it will operate under the president in terms of service.</p> <p>The legal consultancies of nine ministries were restructured into directorates general of legal services.
