RIYADH (AA) – Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir on Friday met with EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini on the sidelines of an anti-terrorism meeting held at NATO headquarters in Brussels.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the pair discussed EU-Saudi relations and reviewed “international and regional issues of common concern”.
On Wednesday and Thursday, Brussels hosted a major NATO summit attended by representatives of the alliance’s 29 member-states and NATO partner countries.
At Friday’s meeting, attendees discussed NATO’s ongoing efforts to eradicate terrorism and the alliance’s strategy for combatting the Daesh terrorist group.
