MOSCOW (AA) – The death toll of a partially collapsed building in Russia rose to 20, the country's emergency ministry reported on Wednesday.
Rescue officers found bodies of 12 more people killed as a block of the 10-story building collapsed — following a gas explosion in the city of Magnitogorsk on Monday.
An 11-month-old baby was rescued from the rubble of the building on Tuesday.
Jan. 2 was declared mourning day in the region.
