Russia: Baby rescued from rubble of collapsed building

By Elena Teslova</p> <p>MOSCOW (AA) – An 11-month-old baby has been rescued alive on Tuesday from the rubble of a partially collapsed building in Russia.</p> <p>At least eight people were killed and five others injured as a block of the 10-story building collapsed, following a gas explosion in the city of Magnitogorsk on Monday, according to the country’s emergencies ministry. </p> <p>At least 36 people remained missing following the incident and emergency teams are busy in relief operation.</p> <p>Jan. 2 has been announced as a day of mourning in the region.</p> <p> </p> <p> <p><br>
