Rockets fired from Gaza injure three Israelis: Reports

By Said Amouri

JERUSALEM (AA) – At least three Israelis were injured by shrapnel on Tuesday when rockets fired from the Gaza Strip struck the Eshkol settlement complex in southern Israel, according to Israeli media reports.

Israel’s Channel 10 reported that three Israelis had been hurt by the rockets without specifying the extent of their injuries.

According to Israel’s Walla news website, however, at least one of the three had been “critically” injured.

Earlier Tuesday, an Israeli army spokesman said Israeli warplanes had struck 35 resistance positions — including two cross-border tunnels — across the Gaza Strip.
