Palestinians win building back from Jewish settlers

By Zeynep Tufekci</p> <p>RAMALLAH, Palestine (AA) – Palestinians on Tuesday won back a building from Jewish settlers after a 14-year-long legal fight in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron (Al-Khalil), according to an official.</p> <p>An Israeli court ruled the building shall be emptied of Jewish settlers, who usurped the three-story apartments belonging to Palestinians in 2005, Emar Hamdan, head of Al-Khalil reconstruction committee, told Anadolu Agency.</p> <p>Hamdan said the court ordered settlers to leave the building in 45 days. </p> <p>The decision could be appealed.</p> <p> </p> <p>*Writing by Sena Guler</p> <p>
