NBA: Harden, Westbrook help Rockets beat Celtics

ISTANBUL (AA) – James Harden scored 42 points as the Houston Rockets ended the Boston Celtics' seven-game winning streak in an NBA game on Tuesday.

Houston Rockets beat Boston Celtics 116-105 at home, as Harden and Russell Westbrook combined for 78 points.

Harden also pulled down 8 rebounds and dished out 7 assists, while Westbrook poured 36 points.

Celtics' Gordon Hayward, meanwhile, scored 20 points and Jaylen Brown produced 19 points.

The Rockets improved to 34 wins and 20 losses, good enough for 5th spot in the Western Conference.

The Boston Celtics, meanwhile, dropped to 37 wins and 16 losses, good enough for 3rd spot in the Eastern Conference.
