ANKARA (AA) – The bodies of three crew members from a sunken Turkish freighter off the Libyan coast were recovered on Friday.

An Anadolu Agency correspondent reported that Libyan coastguards were still looking for three remaining crew members.

Seven others have already been rescued since the Turkish-flagged vessel, the Tinaz Tepe, went down in bad weather on Thursday.

The vessel sank near Misurata, northwestern Libya, according to the Turkish Consulate General.

Arrangements are being made to repatriate the bodies of the three deceased Tinaz Tepe crew members back to Turkey.
