Heavy rains, flooding kill 32 in Madagascar

ABUJA, Madagascar (AA) – At least 32 people were killed by heavy rains and flooding in northwest of Madagascar on Tuesday, according to local media.

Some 16,000 people have reportedly been displaced and 10 others went missing in the southern African island nation.

Over the past two weeks, Madagascar has witnessed an unprecedented weather conditions.
