BERLIN (AA) – A vehicle ploughed into pedestrians in the western German city of Munster causing several “deaths and injuries “, according to a local police official on Saturday.
Susann Zschiesche, a representative of Munster Police in North Rhine-Westphalia state, told German broadcaster N24 that a truck drove into a crowd.
The truck driver was also killed, the official added.
While an official confirmation of the death toll is yet to be announced, German media reported at least three people were killed and 30 others injured in the incident.
