Euroleague:Fenerbahce Beko too much for Zalgiris Kaunas

ANKARA (AA) – Turkey's Fenerbahce Beko were dominant over Lithuania’s Zalgiris Kaunas with a 76-43 score in Euroleague Playoffs to take a 1-0 lead in the best-of-five series.

The match in Ulker Sports Hall on Tuesday evening saw Fenerbahce taking control in the second quarter, going on a 23-8 run.

Nikola Kalinic, Fenerbahce Beko's small forward, scored game-high 16 points whereas Marko Guduric and Erick Green scored 13 and 12 points, respectively.

The second match is set for Thursday, again will be played in Istanbul.

In the other match of the evening, CSKA Moscow defeated Baskonia Vitoria Gasteiz 94-68 to take a 1-0 series lead.
