Bomb attack on Afghan president's office kills 3

KABUL, Afghanistan (AA) – A bomb blast Wednesday at Afghan President Ashraf Ghani’s office killed at least three civilians and injured seven others, according to a local security official.

The bomb was hidden at the entrance of the office, located in southern Kandahar district, the local police department told Anadolu Agency.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Presidential elections will be held on Sept. 28 in Afghanistan.
