Anadolu Agency inks deal with state institution

ANKARA (AA) – Anadolu Agency inked a cooperation deal with Turkey's Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) on Thursday.

The agreement was signed by Anadolu Agency Director General and Board Chairman Senol Kazanci and YTB President Abdullah Eren.

According to the deal, Anadolu Agency and YTB will carry out strategic cooperation to develop a potential in media and journalism areas.

The two institutions will organize joint programs to boost the cooperation between local and foreign media professionals.

They will also assist each other in promoting subjects, programs and individuals within the scope of Turkiye Scholarship Program.

Established in 2010, YTB has the task to coordinate the activities for Turks living abroad and related communities, and to develop ties through economy, social and cultural activities.
