SANLİURFA, Turkey (AA) – Three Daesh-linked suspects have been arrested on Monday in the southeastern Turkey, according to a security official.
The suspects were arrested during counter-terror operations launched in Sanliurfa’s districts of Harran and Akcakale, the official, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on speaking to the media, told Anadolu Agency.
At least 319 people have lost their lives in Daesh attacks in Turkey, where the terrorist group has targeted civilians in suicide bomb, rocket, and gun attacks.
