Football: Results of top 5 European leagues

             By Fatih Erel</p>    <p>ISTANBUL (AA) - England's Liverpool, Spain’s Barcelona, Italy’s Juventus, Germany’s Borussia Dortmund, and France’s Paris Saint German (PSG) have taken the top-tier after the latest games in top five European football leagues.</p>    <p>In England's Premier League, Manchester United won sixth match in a row, beating Manchester United 3-1 to reach 45 points, followed by Manchester City with 44 points.</p>    <p>Reigning champion Manchester City beat Everton 3-1 while Tottenham defeated Burnley 1-0 and Chelsea beat Brighton 2-1.</p>    <p>In Spain's La Liga, Barcelona defeated Levante 5-0 and remained at the top position of the league with 34 points. Lionel Messi scored a hat-trick and provided two assists in 5-0 win.</p>    <p>Sevilla beat Girona 2-0 while Atletico Madrid defeated Real Valladolid 3-2, Real Madrid beat Rayo Vallecano 1-0.</p>    <p>Barcelona were followed by Sevilla and Atletico Madrid with 31 points each and Real Madrid with 29 points.</p>    <p>In Italy's Serie A, Juventus beat Torino 1-0 and stayed on the top of the league with 15 wins in 16 matches.</p>    <p>In Germany's Bundesliga, the leader Borussia Dortmund beat Werder Bremen 2-1 to reach 39 points while reigning champion Bayern Munich defeated Hannover 96 4-0 and remained 9 points away from top of the league. </p>    <p>In France's Ligue 1, some matches failed to be played due to the Yellow Vests protests across the country.</p>    <p>The match of leader PSG was also postponed. Nevertheless, PSG remained at the top of the league with 44 points.

             By Fatih Erel</p>    <p>ISTANBUL (AA) - England's Manchester City, Spain’s Barcelona, Italy’s Juventus, Germany’s Borussia Dortmund, and France’s Paris Saint German (PSG) have taken the top-tier following the results in top five European football leagues.</p>    <p>In England's Premier League, Manchester City won fifth match in a row, beating Bournemouth 3-1 to reach 38 points, followed by Liverpool with 36 points and Chelsea with 31 points.</p>    <p>Liverpool beat Everton 1-0, while Chelsea defeated Fulham 2-0.</p>    <p>In Spain's La Liga, Barcelona defeated Villarreal 2-0, it regained the top position of the league with 28 points after Sevilla drew Alaves 1-1.</p>    <p>Barcelona were followed by Sevilla with 27 points, Atletico Madrid with 25 points and Alaves with 24 points. Real Madrid beat Valencia 2-0 and reached 23 points.</p>    <p>In Italy's Serie A, Juventus beat Fiorentina 3-0 and stayed on the top of the league with 13 wins in 14 matches.</p>    <p>In Germany's Bundesliga, the leader Borussia Dortmund beat Freiburg 2-0 to reach 33 points while reigning champion Bayern Munich defeated Werder Bremen 2-1 and followed the leader 9 points away.</p>    <p>In France's Ligue 1, the leader PSG drew Bordeaux 2-2 and lost points for the first time after winning all of the first 14 games.
