ANKARA (AA) – No less than three Spanish sides featured in Friday’s UEFA Champions League quarter-final draw in the Swiss city of Nyon.
Germany’s Bayern Munich will meet Real Madrid while Juventus were drawn against Barcelona, who completed a miraculous comeback against Paris Saint-Germain in the last 16.
The draw also saw Real’s city rivals Atletico Madrid paired against Premier League side Leicester City, who advanced to the quarter-finals for the first time after eliminating Seville in the previous round.
Another German team — Borussia Dortmund — will take on Monaco, who eliminated Manchester City on Wednesday evening.
The first legs will take place on April 11-12, while the second-leg matches will be on April 18-19.
