ANKARA (AA) – Turkey's women archery team won gold at an international archery tournament in the Polish city of Legnica on Saturday.
According to a statement by the Turkish Archery Federation, Yesim Bostan, Gizem Elmaagacli and Ayse Bera Suzer defeated Italy in the finals in the compound women team category.
After a 227-227 draw the Turkish team won in the extras by reaching higher scores, the statement added.
