ANKARA (AA) – Fresh footage obtained by Anadolu Agency shows putschists martyring a civilian during a deadly coup attempt staged by Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO) in Turkey on July 15, 2016.

The security footage of the Turkish General Staff Headquarters was included to the related case heard at the 17th High Criminal Court of capital Ankara regarding the defeated coup attempt.

In the video, the putschist soldiers engage in intense violence against a civilian inside an armored vehicle.

About a minute later, the civilian apparently lost his life and is kicked out of the vehicle — naked — by the putschist soldiers.

The dead body remains in the middle of the road for many minutes before being taken towards the woods by other soldiers.

After three-and-a-half hours, the same armored vehicle comes back to the same place in search of the body and the putschists look for the corpse in a hurry.

Other soldiers show where the body is and after reaching it, the putschist soldiers from the armored vehicle get away from the scene.

FETO and its U.S.-based leader Fetullah Gulen orchestrated the defeated coup of July 15, 2016, which left 251 people martyred and nearly 2,200 injured.

Ankara also accuses FETO of being behind a long-running campaign to overthrow the state through the infiltration of Turkish institutions, particularly the military, police, and judiciary.
