Georgian prime minister to pay official visit to Turkey on Tuesday

ANKARA (AA) – The Georgian prime minister will pay an official visit to Ankara on Tuesday on the invitation of the Turkish president, according to Turkey’s Directorate of Communications.

Bilateral relations will be discussed during Irakli Garibashvili's maiden visit to Turkey since assuming charge in February, it said in a statement on Monday.

Among the topics of discussion will be possible steps to boost existing good neighborly relations and strategic partnership, as well as the latest regional and international developments, the press release added.
