Football: Italy's Genoa report 14 coronavirus cases

ISTANBUL (AA) – Italy Serie A side Genoa announced Monday that 14 of their staff members tested positive for COVID-19.

Genoa said in a statement that after Monday's tests, the number of positive COVID-19 team and staff members has risen to fourteen.

The Italian club said they have activated all the procedures envisaged by the protocol in force and informed the authorities about the related procedures and will provide future updates on the progress.

The cases were confirmed after the 6-0 Serie A loss to Napoli on Sunday.
