ANKARA (AA) – Qatar Sports Club announced on early Tuesday that they agreed to sign Cameroonian football star Samuel Eto'o.
Qatar Sports Club said on Twitter that an agreement was reached with 37-year-old Eto'o and he will be presented to reporters at a press conference Tuesday evening.
Eto'o has been a free agent since Aug. 3.
Having played for European football giants such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, Inter, and Chelsea, Eto'o has been in Turkey since 2015 to play for Antalyaspor and Atiker Konyaspor.
During the last three seasons that he spent in Turkey, Eto'o scored 50 league goals.
